Los Angeles-based Elizabeth Waterman has a background as a fine art photographer. Currently, Waterman is launching her 2021 book, MONEYGAME, published by XYZ (Lisbon, Portugal). The coffee-table volume features color and black & white photographs from Waterman’s five-year foray into the stripper industry.
Waterman also has an extensive commercial and editorial portfolio. Her commercial clients include MS Magazine and fashion designers Elie Tahari and Marc Jacobs.Born in Taos, New Mexico, Waterman holds a B.A. in Fine Art from the University of Southern California. She has been running Black & Gold since 2014.

Phyllis has been heading up management of our client's social media feeds since 2019. Her extensive knowledge about effective social media content, strategy, and engagement tactics have helped clients to grow their channels in both quality followers and engagement.
She began her marketing career in 2015 and has worked in many facets of the business including: social media, email marketing, paid advertising, traditional marketing, and more. Her experience includes working with name brand companies like BMW and IPIC Theaters. Phyllis holds an MBA from Lynn University.

Gianni is a bilingual Zillennial entrepreneur who helps female entrepreneurs glow and grow socially. With her Master's Degree in Digital Marketing and Advertising, she is able to use her knowledge and develop brands in ways that are long-lasting and unique.

Gianni works with clients in the food, wellness, tech, and beauty industries all over the United States and has even worked with podcasters, authors, and life coaches.
Eric Minh Swenson (EMS) is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker and photographer who documents the arts and culture of Southern California, including arts in many communities throughout the world.
EMS has filmed numerous documentaries on artists and exhibitions that are on his eponymous YouTube Channel. He documents art openings and exhibitions, cultural events and festivals. He focuses on process, concept and craft in his films, while finding satire and essence in his subjects.
